The credit card is active, and has enough credit available.
Be sure to know your billing address (the address where you receive your bill). Please be sure the name and address you enter as the billing address is correct. If the name and address you enter does not match the name and address that the credit card company has for the credit card account, the order will be cancelled.
Also, any order that has an invalid email address will not be shipped. Please make sure you enter a valid email address.
WE CHECK EXTENSIVELY FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR FRAUDULENTY USED CREDIT CARDS.
Domestic Orders
We ship all orders (US States/ PO Box Addresses) to ether your home or place of business in discreet packaging utilizing USPS Priority Mail at $5.95 per shipment. Orders being sent USPS Priority arrive in approximately 3-7 business days.
International Orders
Global Mail Priority shipping service is available for Orders Shipping To ALL International Countries. Your order will be sent via Global Mail Priority at $25.00 per shipment. Orders being sent Global Mail should arrive in approximately 14-21 days. In some cases, customs may delay delivery in certain countries and it may take as long as 3-4 weeks to be delivered.
**IMPORTANT! International shipments (including Canada) are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These EXTRA fees are YOUR responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your local government determines the duty and customs charges. Custom procedures may delay shipments.
Global Mail Priority shipping service is available For Orders Shipping To Canada. Your order will be sent via Global Mail Priority at $13.99 per shipment. Orders being sent Global Mail should arrive within approximately 14-21 days.
Global Mail Priority shipping service is available For Orders Shipping To the United Kingdom. Your order will be sent via Global Mail Priority at $25.00 per shipment. Orders being sent Global Mail should arrive in approximately 14-21 days. In some cases, customs may delay delivery and it may take as long as 3-4 weeks to be delivered.
Global Mail Priority does not offer package tracking information with their shipments.
Refund & Return Policy
If you would like to return a product, you must email within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions.
All unopened product can be returned for a refund. A re-stocking fee of 25% will be applied. Product must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Product must be shipped back to Viralprin.com at the customers’ expense. All Merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
No product returns can be accepted after 30 days.
Foreign orders which are detained or confiscated by Customs are not subject for refund.
A RMA (Return Authorization) must be obtained from the office by email before a refund will be accepted back for return. Upon receiving the email request for the RMA, a representative will clarify the eligibility for the return under our return policy and provide an RMA and return address back by email. Any returned product without an RMA will not be refunded.
Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be issued within 5 days upon receipt of the returned products.
Single Bottle Purchase Example: If you purchase 1 bottle for the price of $49.95, and returned one unused, or unopened, bottle you would receive a refund (less the restocking fee of 12.49) for a net refund of $3746.
Buy 2 get 1 free Example #1: If you purchase the Buy 2 get 1 Free Offer for the price of $99.00 and returned three unused, or unopened, bottles you would receive a refund (less the restocking fee of $24.75) for a net refnd of $74.25
Buy 2 get 1 free Example #2: If you purchase the Buy 2 get 1 Free Offer for the price of $99.00 and returned two unused, or unopened, bottles you would receive a refund (less the cost of the opened bottle $49.95 and the restocking fee of $12.49) for a net refnd of $36.56 Partial return of merchandise constitutes forfeit of the free product.
Damages
If you receive any merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must email within 24 hours after your receipt of shipment. We will then contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. Do not discard any portion of the shipment. The shipping company or Viralprin.com may need the damaged product or packaging material. We will issue you full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
Viralprin.com is in no way responsible for damages that occur after your order has been delivered.
